Every fee involved in using DeedTrack, in one place. Some are ours and some are charged by Stripe, who processes the payments — the tables below say which is which.

The first month is free. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
These are Stripe's fees, not ours. DeedTrack takes no percentage of your buyers' payments, and no part of these fees comes to us.

You choose who pays this. On the Payouts page you can set the processing fee to be paid by your buyer, covered by you, or split between you. If the buyer pays it, the fee is added at checkout and you receive the full payment amount. If you cover it, the fee comes out of your payout instead. Both default to the buyer paying.

A returned bank payment shows on your Payouts page as a small negative amount, with the reason beside it.
If a dispute goes against you, both the dispute fee and the original processing fee are charged, on top of returning the payment itself.
Charged per letter when you send one, in addition to your subscription. Nothing is charged if you don't use it.

Your buyers' payments go directly to your own Stripe account and then to your bank. DeedTrack never holds, escrows, or takes custody of them, and takes no portion of them. The only money DeedTrack receives from you is your monthly subscription and any printed mail you choose to send.
Stripe's processing fees are set by Stripe and may change; the current rates are shown on your Payouts page. Mail prices are set by DeedTrack and we will give reasonable notice before changing them. Nothing on this page is a quotation for any particular transaction — see the Terms of Service for the agreement that governs your account.
